Outros projecttos, musicais ou relacionados com música aconteceram durante o Ccnc 2003......
 

Vários eventos habituais ou criados especialmente tiveram os seus programas adaptados às exigências de Coimbra, Capital Nacional da Cultura, 2003 e foram, assim, incluídos na programação da incitiativa. Um dos eventos que me é especialmente caro foi o Jazz ao Centro - Encontros Internacionais de Jazz de Coimbra. A CCNC-200 apoiou a edição de 2003, juntamente com a CMC. Parta além dos concertos que decorreram mensalmente ao longo de 2003 (a série terminou a 6 de Dezembro com o grupo Mujician) o Jazz ao Centro incluiu uma série d visitas a escolas, com particular sucesso e workshops nos quais participaram numerosos músicos locais (cf. foto ao lado.)

É grande a expectativa para a edição seguinte, que decorrerá em duas partes e compreende várias actuividades extra.A prmeira parte da edição de 2004 começou já em Março.. Cf. o site para o programa completo.

Other musical or music related events that took place during Ccnc 2003...
 

Several newly created and traditional musical events which regularly take place in Coimbra had special programs tailored to the characteristics of Coimbra, Capital Nacional da Cultura, 2003 and were included in our music program. A promising newly created event specially dear to me is called Jazz ao Centro - Encontros Internacionais de Jazz de Coimbra. CCNC-2003 supported 2003's festival with the aid of the Municipality of Coimbra. In addition to the concerts that took place every month throughout the year (the series finished on December 6 with the group Mujician), Jazz ao Centro included the particularly successfull visits to the schools of Coimbra (photos on the left) and workshops in which local musicians took part (cf. on the left.)
 

Stay tuned for this year's festival which will be in two parts and will have lots of extra activities.. The first part of the 2004's edition of JAC started on March. Check out their site for the full program.
